Deeply enjoyable.

Fantastic job, I haven't enjoyed a good movie like that in quite a while. The mystery and darkness of the whole story is created and kept very stylish to the very end. I really liked the style you had drawing out your characters; excellent audio choice as well. The only thing about the movie was that the voices were hard to hear at times, but it's really nothing compared to the movie as a whole, which I think carried it self greatly. Awesome job, I really liked this ome.

Thank you for the wonderful comments. I'm definitely going to get some voice actors (with better mics than my own), or perhaps my friend over in the Audio department, to get some better sound for the up and coming series I've been writing.

I'm glad this is so well-received; it's fun to entertain, and to be entertained by the reviews!

Looking good.

I like how you chose to stay away from the sprites, I think the "drawn" look to the characters makes it more original and enjoyable. Nice music chioce, throw in some fighting scenes and whatnot and you're set. You're off to a great start, keep it up.

EmeraldRequiem responds:

thanks a lot for the props. this summer, look forward to better animation, new character designs, dialogue, and me getting a freaking pen tablet!!

Pretty much sups up...

..how it's been lately, ha ha. At first the movie didn't hit very hard, but then I looked up the lyrics and listned to it again; it maeks a world if difference. I just had trouble here it here and there, but that wasn't your fault, too much noise over here. Anyways, I thought the style was pretty cool and liked the scene with him on the edge of the bed. Keep it up, I think you'll really make a mind-blower if you keep on practicing.

DanTheDude responds:

Yeah, i think that listening it with the lyrics can bring an ather way of seeing it...

Now that was just adorable.

That was great. It's not often I vote on movies that are still in judgement, but it's movies like this that encourage me to do more of it. I thought your style and music chioce were great. I really like this one, great job.

Thanks a lot for the support, it really means a lot.

Fantastic

Amazing job at nailing the way the imagination grows and blooms in dreary life. Your music choice was excellent and the way your portrayed your character flying around, I felt, was a great representation of liberation. Great job, it's been a long time since I've seen something so deviantly stlyish.

Sundial responds:

woot! thanks!

Sweet.

That was pretty delicious for being done in 12 hours. It's got a nice concrete style to it and you audio choice is pretty bitchin', to say the least. Nice ironic ending, the whole thing just really ties together nicely. Great job.

Maverick22 responds:

Thanks. Irony was what I was going for...... actually not at first but hey.

Nifty

It was good to see some familiar faces. Good audio choice and nice interpretation of the song. Funnay, great job.

Well worked.

It was pretty good. While I despise the whole concept of suicide, you told your story with a good sense of style and narriration. It was a bit hard to connect with the character at times, because this is a much different way of going about suicide than most films on here, wich deal with the "My future is going to be ruined, I cut myself, etc." type of movies. Hmm..I just hate to see people regard their lives as shit when there's so much worse out there. But anyways, nice message and nice job at coming out and trying to deliver something powerful. Keep it up.

Matt399 responds:

Thanks I tried real hard on the ending diloge. Cheers!

It was alright; taken out of context, though.

It was pretty cool, nothing flashy. I think people are missing the whole damn point when they're telling you to draw all the characters. Seriously, what the hell is the point of conveying a website as a preview to other people when the preview is your best attempt at what the real product looks like? Seriously, think it through before you shit yourselves yelling at this guy, cheesus. Anyways, it's a really good idea, but the filesize is waaaaaayyyy too big to ever be an intro of any sort. You're going to have to compress your audio much, much more before it could be used as an intro for any website.

drew responds:

thanks, i know the file size is a litle big.

Ha ha, it's sprites, but well made.

I have to say, I've never seen (with the exception of one or two) a megaman sprite movie that's caught my interest and made my laugh a little like this one. The movement is quick and moderate when it needs to be and the way they fight had my laughing a few times (the teleport beat-down was probobly my fav). Good job, you guys can really hold your own in this one. Oh, but do you know where that last song comes from? It was pretty cool sounding. Anyways, great job on the movie, it was pretty cool.

Swapp responds:

yeah it's called sephirot wings(white angel)

thought it fit in thanks
