Strong pros, Strong Cons

Well because of the bashing you recieved in the BBS, I had to check out your movie. Everyone seems to be on your ass for some reason, but what I saw looked above decent. Your visuals look pretty good, but the audio is pretty bad. You can just fade the "please report" out or try to lower your bgm to get your diolouge out better. The extra feature were a nice touch. The plot seems good, but a little too generic. The "one robot shall stand" text/dilouge seems kind of basic. Maybe "One robot will become aware" or something that adds a bit of emotion to it. But anyways, I'm being overly critical because I think the series has potential and would be interested in seeing where it goes. Well, this is probably a whole lot of gibberish anyways, so I'll leave it at that. Good work, with some touch ups and luster, it could really be a whopper.

Stellar

Wow, I have to say the reference to Adam/Live Corpse really hit a chord, as did the overall presentation of the movie. The audio choice was great for the mood of the movie and the visuals were unique looking and felt like they each had their own personalities. I was a big intrigued by the end of the movie beause it could be interpreted in two ways; maybe it's both. What I was thinking was that we go about our lives and all these things happen around us, miricles in their own ways, and we take them for granted, and just like, time is up. My second guess was that thee event with the sn fading out was that it effected everyone, so after seeing all these different lives the end shows that no matter how different we are, we're all connected. Hmm, apologies for the long comment, I just really got a kick out of your movie. Keep up the fantastic work, amazing job.

AloneInTheDark responds:

Thanks alot! I like both of your intrepretations. Its really cool how people see it differently. And its ok to make long comments, i like reading them :)

Bravo

Well done flash! I enjoyed this one just as much as HNT: Abusive Reviews. The classical music is a great touch and all the topics that are mentioned cover good points. I really laughed when the bit about naming the title and saying "This is my flash" came up. Someone downloaded a movie I made from DeviantArt and posted it on here as his own. His comments were "My first flash, I don't care how it does." All the rewviews written for it were 7 and above, but it got blammed =D

Anyhoo, bravo, I really like the style and am growing quite fond of Lock movies. Keep up the great work, guys.

A phenominal finish.

It's been more than a pleasure watching you and this series improve. I watched with keen interest and satifaction watching your story unfold and watched how you got more and more into making great fight scenes. A man of your word, you finished the series from start to finish, and I thank you for that; it shows up and coming flash artists that it can be done.

Again, I had an awesome time with the Heroic Rage series, if I ever make a movie that does well, you'll be among one of the top in my Thank You list =) Congradulations on your child-to be! I wish you the best of luck.

Thanks a bunch man. I guess it's all worth it then. It's cool to inspire. Good luck on your works, I'm sure they'll be great.

Ha, good stuff.

I didn't know Pube Muppet was created by DMK =) Nifty. I liked the visuals a lot and there was plenty of humor, always good to see a well done Clock movie. Great audio and great job.

Unique

Nicely done, I have to say it's quite different from the norm, but good nontheless. The visuals were nice, I didn't feel they needed to be anything special since you did a good job of conveying the message pretty well. The activities and concept of having an active, well-off family left me feeling pretty good after it was over, so I think the overall point of the movie comes off really well. Keep up the good work.

J-Smooth responds:

Thanks a bunch, I'm glad you liked it :)

Awesome, it made me think

The audio was a fantastic choice in this movie, the message you delivered and the way you went about delivering it was just awesome. It really made me think. Great use of classic art, space, and dimensional grids to get the point across. The movie packs a great message and delivers strong; perfect score 5/5. Great job.

Gusto responds:

Wow, brilliant, thanks so much :D

Yes! Yes! *Stands and applauds* Yes!

Well I'll be damned. You've revamped this into one hell of a series with great potential! You'd be surprised to know I looked you up about a month ago to see if you'd continued work on this series in case I missed any of it. Just when I thouht you'd given up, this awesome piece of work comes in. The new visuals look great and really expand the story, the intro with the war was great. Great job with the test-tube babies and nice audio choice. An inspiration to up and coming authors everywhere, keep up the great work.

Hybrination responds:

Wow... thanks for your kind words! I had expanded my skills a lot over the last months, and I decided to remake what I thought to be my best story... I also expanded it to be less confusing...

Bravo, Bravo.

That was fantastic, I love the storyline and the wise-ass humor. But I HAVE TO KNOW, what frame rate are you using?? My guess is somewhere around 25, but it's just an estimation. In any case, awesome awesome work. Can't wait to see the conclusion.

ungr8fulgoobah responds:

21 fps, it was originally 27, but then the whole movie was... like... 2 seconds long, haha

Touching

That was a cool little movie. I liked your character design and the cute blush on the woman's face. While the movie doesn't sport anything flashy, I think that special touch of "beauty in simplicity" could be seen in here, and not a lot of animations can pull that off. Nice work, definitely felt the warmth from this Valentines Day animation.

SketchMichaels responds:

Thanks, that's very eloquent :)
