Not much to it.

That was more a teaser than a trailer. There should have been a tad more to it, like more unveiling of story or plot. Your visuals were alright, you might want to work on limb animation if you haven't already; it really makes your characters come alive. The audio was pretty cool, catchy and it didn't make for a huge filesize. The style is somewhat lacking, since it was so short. This vaugely shows that there's some pacifist place with some different boy. Looks like it could be ok, I would have needed to see more to get a better impression. Hope you'll keep working on it.

Moose Produce must live on!

EZ3 said it best, you're much too good to quit flash. For getting something good like that in there, that's pretty damn amazing. Your visuals are nice and have your own personal touch to them. Your audio was very well used, from the WCIII to the lightsaber SFX. Style was great, though I'm not sure what the hell was going on, lol. I just know I liked your execution on everything, right down to the end. I love SBC as much as the next guy, but there's no reason to rip you apart, I don't know why people would gnash at you for it. And EZ3, you've been banned enough times to know you can mention the "K" word on NG. *I* can't believe you would *SUGGEST* something like *DOWNLOADING FLASH 5* from some place; aazaK. Why, by doing that, one could contine working up and coming flash 5 work w/out delay, wink wink, nudge nudge, say no more. Hoo boy, I'm gonna get my balls ripped off now. I hope you'll contiue your work, you've really got talent.

mooseproduce responds:

dude-- thx for an awesome review & all, but it was as confusing as my addled storyline(such as it is)!
The K-word, Flash 5... its all too much. but i get the point that i should download off azaaK(i put it like this cause i think your saying i get blocked if thats in my stuff? or not? idunno, email me so i dont do anything stupid here.)

Nice concept.

Pretty cool, I remember seeing stuff like this on Tiny Toons growing up and stuff. Though of course, none of it ever lead to a blood-thirsty racial war....should have though, ha ha. Your visuals were really cool looking, especially that falling building and the exloding tanker. Sounds were pretty cool, I liked that Doom remix at the end. The style in this is pretty creative and original in your own way, which I could only hope to see more from other NG authors. Pretty cool, I liked it.

The perfect essance that is "Clock Crew"

Excellence, I loved every minute of that flash. I really appreciate the detail and style that went into getting many of the clocks drawn out and interacting with eachother. Your visuals were great, I loved everything from Liquor Clock barging into the bar to the flys diving into the beer. The audio was near flawless. You even got Arcon's creepy-ass voice down; coolness. The style in this is great. I like how Crow Clock admitted the scene was making him look like a pussy, considering he pretty much kills anything for looking at him the wrong way. An awesome well-rounded flash, definitey great C.C material. Great job to everyone who worked on this; it really kicks ass.

Not bad, could use some touch-ups.

That was pretty good for that type of filesize. The idea you have is pretty good, it could really go a long way if you dive deeper into it and the possibilities. Your visuals are ok, pretty funny at times, but could use a bit more work in the animation department. I know they're sprites, but since people have the image that it's so easy to make sprite movies (definitely not always true) it takes lots of creative movements to make the impressing that your visuals have lots of neat work in them. The flash movie Super Mario Bros. (It's on the Top 50 as of now, I think) has some good examples of it. Audio was pretty nice for what was there. The clapping made me feel more a part of some audience. There may have been a bit too many buttons. You may just be better off timing your text to appear/disappear to really tap into the element of surprise in certain situations (like the Seymore part, which was pretty funny). I like the concept and I think it can go really far if you put enough effort and story surprise into it. It was pretty decent.

Stay off the drugs, EvilClock.

That's gotta be one of the most trippy flashes I've ever seen. I mean.....damn. You had the crazy ass music and weird backgrounds (nicely drawn btw, nice work celestial). It's just one crazy ass flash movie. Really good visuals, but the animation as kind of iffy. That music....wow...just really strange to the environment of the movie, lol. The style of this is very unique....very very unique. It's definitely something new, so kudos for sticking your neck out and being original, I always admire that in flash artists.

You've really set up for a huge fight scene.

That fight scene with Zero and X was awesome, it's great to see that your visuals are continuously on an uphil path of progression. The creativity in the fight scenes is great and very much noted and appreciated. Though the sound did up the filesize, the quality in it paid off; it made the blade duel between X and Zero that much more cool sounding. As for the style, I love how you've got everyone together in this last scene, it promises a nice "all hell breaks loose" battle for the 5th and final installment (sniff) of this great series you've created. I can't wait. Keep up the awesome work.

CheveLoco responds:

and damn will it be "all hell break loose"..:P

Wow, your day can't get much worse than that.

Wow, sucks to be that red ball. That whole idea behind this was pretty funny to me; I like random humor like that. I really liked your visuals, from the close ups to that outward pan towards the end, it was all done really well. The sound, as you said, was a bit difficult to hear at one point, but that's not really a problem. I liked the style in this, especially when "Doom" is refected in it's eyes. Most notably the end, that was a nice finishing touch. Pretty funny short, I got a kick out of it.

Ha ha, nice.

Yup, the good ol' days of RO, I had some good times with my Knight and faithful Peco Peco. Anyways, your visuals are really nice, mostly because I like the way you animated your characters. Things like simple head movements and such really brought your characters more alive instead of walking them up to an object and moving their mouths. I like you you got mauled by the Acolite and how she teleported out of there; lousy acolites, always made me pay for teleports, but that's what running into the portal from a distance is for. I may have been rich, but every Zenny counts, ha ha ha. The voice acting was surprisingly good. I agree with J3nnica, it's nice to hear voice acting in sprite movies instead of the traditional bubble. You guys had a nice laid-back tone while J3nnica gave a nicely rounded perky tone for her Acolite. I liked the style, which captured the basic mood of just walking around and murdering cute little animals in the world of RO. It was a tad short, but I liked it. Nice work.

Hadji-San responds:

thanks man, nice to see how someone knows whats going on. yeah i miss the good ol days of RO.

Anger, rage, disbelief.

Let me just say that my jaw is dropped in utter disbelief that this did not get first place. Ok, don't get me wrong, I love Synj's work, it's beautiful. But Cheesus dude, I'm amazed at the thought and work put into this. Stuff like this is a rarity. The sunset part was an amazing scene, I all around loved your visuals, great stuff. Your audio choice was perfect. I can tell you right now that you nailed the dark atmosphere with that music choice. The whole concept behind this, Splinter dying and things really making a change is pretty heavy. Truth be told, I'm not even a real Turtle fan and I'm completely taken by this. I've reviewed lots of movies and it really irks me when something like this doesn't get the Gold like it deserves. You did an amazing job here, I'm totally wowed by it. Though I love Synj's work, this entry just has more depth and work put into it then the Hey Dad entry. Just thoroughly amazing, excellent work. You won that #1 spot in my book, buddy.
