Eh, it was alright.

IT was a tad short lived. For your first VG parody, it was ok. Try giving your plots a bit more background and moving your characters around a bit more. It always helps to have different locations (backgrounds) too. It was alright, keep on practicing.

That was strange...

Well, your trailer looks good in the visual department. It looks like you know what you want ouf of this. The only problem with it was that it didn't really seem to explain the plot of the movie, go anywhere, or explain the sigificance of the characters. Looks good, but w/out a decent story, it kind of fumbles.

Story could use some work.

I like what you've started here, but it feels like you're falling a bit short on plot. The setting is nice, Link and Zelda living in some house (the maid part was a nice touch) but there wasn't enough explanation as to why he was taken in the first place. It all felt like a bunch of random events. That might have been a small whiplash of mixing things, though. Well, I think if you keep it up it could turn out pretty cool, I think it's got potential. Oh, and maybe squeeze a bit more character movement and surprises in there; just some suggestions. Good luck with whatever you decide to do.

Much too static.

I hate to vote low, but there were just too many things working against you. Your characters are much too static. During your first mission, Jimmy kind of does some weird flip and knocks some guy wout w/out moving a limb. It just looks really...bleh. When it came to cracks in the walls, it wasn't even the the right layer, as Jimmy walked behind the crack. The audio file was way too big. Your movie should have been only about 100 kb, but ended up being 3+ megs because of the audio. Definitely compress next time. The style was really bland, too. I liked the idea of the missions, but none of them made any sense. Wrapped up with all that, the overall delivery fell kind of short.

Interesting, but....

While I thought this had it's own cool touch to it, I kind of fell on a few points. For one, I really like the way you drew out your characters. Who knew that Jason could be so damn freaky looking drawn out in Flash? But you pulled it off. I really liked when you animated them, but it just wasn't done enough times. Too many times they were kind of just at a standstill moving around. I know it's a pain to animate characters, especially ones that have detail like that, but it REALLY pays off. Another thing was the music. You really had it going at first with the creepy, eerie background music...and then came the rock out music. Don't get me wrong, I love rock, but when you add it in to the concept of horror, the whole sense of fear of the unknown takes a serious nose dive. I would have stuck with the creepy music and maybe added a bit more. Definitely would have added Jason's laugh in there (Unless it was in there, I might have missed it). But all in all it was pretty cool. Much better with drawn out characters than with just pictures.

yeah i tryed it with 2 songs , the friday the 13th part 6 theme and Metallica And justice for all , Metallica went abit better with it and it went more with the scenes and stuff . thanks for the review man .

He he, sucks to be him.

Kind of reminds of of Retarded Animal Babies or Happy Tree Friends. I liked the way you animated your characters, it really brought them more to life and made the more believable...in a twisted sort of way. The audio was cool, nice music choice and the sound of him struggling was eerily funny. Nice sense of style as well, though I half expected the ice cream cone to slip away from the branches, flip over, and slam into his skull, ha ha. Oh well, at least someone got mauled. Nice job.

Lol, what the hell was that all about?

Ha ha, dunno why, but this is one of those random type of movies that crack me up. The little Flashes looked funny as hell running and bouncing to and from places. The visuals were pretty neat. I really liked the audio, Stones kick Ace and the sfx were awesome. Unique sense of style, it was definitely something different. Nice job.

Great wrap up for a great series.

And that's a wrap! I'm amazed you follwed through and worked on this series of yours so thorougly, it turned out great. Your visuals turned out great in the end. It was good to see massive baddies getting rocked, all those explosions didn't hurt a bit. The audio was flawless, all sounds and music that would have been required was met and surpassed. I really liked the sense of style in this movie. The battle scenes were great and it had a nice story that had a personal touch to it.

Oh, since you asked for suggestions, the only thing I could really recomend for future projects is a really dramatic finish. Don't get me wrong, the end here was nice and heartfealt. I just mean something like a climactic battle where there's a good deal of environmental and character damage. I only mention it because of that really cool X4 teaser you put in at the beginning (badass) sounds like it's setting a serious tone. All in all, everything was great, all the way to the expanded dimensions of the movie that gave it the cinima effect. Great job on the series, you've done great, my friend.

hey finally someone noticed the teaser!!..:P..thanx for the suggestions and review!!

Breath taking!!!!

What an awesome movie! I'm completely taken by the amount of work and creativity that was put into this, it's incredible. Your visuals were great, the disco dance and the the pod scene with Strawberry's awakening was amazing. The audio was beautiful, the TN cast had voice acting down with ease, it was all great. Amazing sense of style, the out takes were great. This movie has it all and is packed full of goodies, I liked the hints and the process you had to go through to unlock the Easter Eggs. Great stuff, this whole movie is delicious. Great job, you guys. This movie kicks ass.

More proof that Stick films can pack a punch.

Amazing artwork in this film, I really enjoyed the personal touch in it. The detail in the forrest was very cool. Details from the gun to the blood on the computer were great aspects of the movie. The audio was incredible, the environment sounds really pulled me into this movie. Great sense of style, the deaths were creative and sometimes humorous. For survival-action film, this packs a punch. Great job.
