Nice set of works, very deep.

Excellent, I love to see this kind of work displayed; Newgrounds needs more deep emotion like this. Well..maybe not THIS deep, but your work and in-depth effort is very comendable. Although I don't agree with the whole subject of God's reality and Him not caring, I'll set that whole ideoligy aside, I am reviewing your movie after all. I loved your style, the black, white, and gray colors and visuals really put me into the environment you were creating. Great writing, let me just say that you catogorizing your views with the hands (very stylish) was a great factor that helped me take you seriously. If all this was jumbled together, It would have just looked whiney and childishly angry. Basically, I just thought the organization was awesome, really helped guide me to where you were going. Great choice of music as well, and the Jason laugh went in well too with buttons. This style actually reminded me of my favorite flash movie. It's called "of mind and machine", and your ending statement on Humanity made me think about this. Check it out, maybe you'll get a kick out of it. Anyways, great movie, great writing. Keep up the good work.

Good and bad points.

Focusing on your movie itself first, the style of scraggly moving stick figures just didn't really do it for me. At times they moved much too slow, and it hurt the flow. At other times, the plot and message seemed to get kind of lost in a bunch of jumble that was thrown in. There were good parts that you portrayed though, such as the getting ready to fire the nuke. On the message itself, it was a bit iffy. Me, being from the United States, will be the first to tell you I'd rather not go to war at all. The scene where Bush and the soldiers are compared to Hitler and the Nazis sends out aa incorrect message (at least the way I saw it) as Bush leading America as a Neo-Nazi Germany and that we want war. Trust me when I say that a lot of people are going ape-shit over here about this. In my area, you can't go anywhere without protest for peace rallies and threatening walkouts if we do go to war. A lot of the U.S doesn't like the idea of war, don't let the media fool you.

Bwa ha ha. Ruth, Baby, ruth.

Ha ha ha, awesome music video. I loved it all. Great way of designing his teeth. The Bg music was great. All around great random stuff.

Ah ha ha, cool, he rode his lightsaber, ha ha ha

Well that was a pretty nifty movie, I don't see movies like that too often. However, I do agree with GreenVein on the last review. You have two different styles going on here. Textured backgrounds and then colorless characters. I think that's what took away from the overall feeling the most. Your lightsaber battle was great, and the tension building up to the last part was funny and well delivered. Keep up the great work, I hope to see more of this in the future.

Splice responds:

yeah, totally agree with you on the two styles. Well, we learn from what we do. Cheers for the review,

Eh...just not enough to interest me.

I think music videos are cool, and love to see people make their own, but this was was too much of the same thing and didn't seem to go anywhere. There wasn't a lot of movement, and when there was (the running scene), the brick wall moving in and out just kind of gave me a headache. Try and pick a better song and put more character involvment next time. Good luck, and keep up the flash work.

Hmmmm....it had it's goods and bads.

This really falls into a neutral category with me. It was good at times, I liked how your movements falled in line with the musics, but....I just can't get over the fact that they're..well...sticks. It kind of lets off an unintentional humor, especially when the other guy keeps poking his head up out of nowhere. Well, it was pretty decent. Maybe more setting involvement next time? Pretty good job.

thanks for the review... i'm working on flash, i'm still not that great but im getting better, this stick thing only took about 5-6 hours, like i said, i wanted sticks to begin with and i thought it was in a pretty good state to upload.

Nice random stuff.

Ohh, I like it, I like it. Your style of animation is pretty cool; it's very smooth. I liked the fruit part best for some reason. Good music choice too. Nice job.

Judging VERY hard on these tributes.

Mr. Rogers loss effected me deeply as well. However, to prevent the "9-11 tribute syndrome" that a lot of starving flash makers resort to, I've been judging these tributes very hard. I hope you understand. Nice choice of words, nice music choice, and good picture. R.I.P Mr. Rogers.

Good message.

Nicely delivered. It could have used some more animation and focus on certain parts. But all in all, it was pretty good. I recall seeing a movie like this as well, it was pretty controversial; seeing as the guy who made it used his old year book to cross off all the people he wanted to kill. Wow. Anyways, like I said, nice effort and good message.

Wow. i want to see that... what was it called...?

Scored lower to prevent leeching.

I really appreciate that someone made a tribute for Mr. Rogers, but I've just got to vote decent to prevent starving flash makers from having "9-11 tribute syndrome" in order to score high off other peoples sympathy. I hope you understand. But other than that, I liked it. Nice pictures, they had meaning. I suppose it's only a matter of time before this flash get's recognized with a color band for a decent score and a bunch of ass holes will come in and trash talk Mr. Rogers. Take it with a grain of salt, thouugh; it's a good tribute. Nice job.
