Ha ha, reminds me of DrunkMagiKoopa

I haven't seen a flash like this in a while. Brings me back to the days when DrunkMagiKoopa submitted much more often. Nice song and great pictures. Random movement was great as well. If only NG got more of these; sometimes I wonder if something will ever beat Afrenhouse.

I couldn't hear anything in that.

Agh, what happened? The audio was very very hard to hear. You beginning was pretty funny, when Gandalf was knocking on Bilbo's door, but I kind of lost it from there. I think if your parody followed the plot a bit closer, it'd be more impactive, but it just kind of goes off from time to time. The axe and the One Ring part was pretty funny. Just fix up the flow and try and make the audio a bit more audible (yeah, I know compression can be evil sometimes, but it really was hard to hear) and the next entry will be much funnier. Good luck.

Ha ha ha ha, another great AYB parody.

That was too damn funny. I really like how you give each side their own touch of glory in this movie, it really gives the viewer a chance to draw their own conclusion from it. It's humor at it's core, the good stuff. The only thing this movie suffered from was it's pace. It was a bit on the slow side. What makes AYB parodies are the mockaries of how fast the opening segment goes. Oh well, still a great parody, very funny. Nice job.

Raddox responds:

Thanks for the constructive criticism, I've raised the speed of the movie with 30% now.

Not really sure I understand your message.

I'm not really understanding the message. Are you frustrated with the surprluss of information? Commercialization? The ending part about the empire in the east was kind of off, seeing as the Allies are liberating, not occupying. Oh well, nice song; can't really go wrong with the Beatles.

Wetzel responds:

Well, thank you for at least thinking for yourself. Sorry, i realize now my message is rather unclear, and newgrounds is not the best environment for such things.

Hmm, structure needs work, but in the right place

The poem was a bit shakey, some syllables didn't match up, and a few words could have been used differently. Though the message still comes through and the feeling is still there in the end. I seem to always be just one step behind this Evil-Dog reviewer, and consequently, I have to read his crappy ass reviews that don't even critique peoples movies. All his reviews so far have been pissing and moaning about the U.S., so don't take his words too personal. He even seems to be angry that people will die for this war, yet totally overlooks that you're writing about people sacrificing their lives and calls you close-minded. Some people, aye? Anyways, wording was a bit off, but your message came through all right. Oh, the pace seemed a bit slow, maybe crank up the fps next time. Nice job.

Ah ha ha ha, it's got it's own style.

That was a new one. It was twisted, yet educational. I love the picture of the soldier just blasting away at the virus. Funny music choices and hilarious setting at the night club. Nice work.

Nicely put together; well rounded.

Hey, not too shabby. The song was a little "Hi-Ho"-ish for my taste, but it worked well with what you were going for. I used to be very much against this war, but it's being fought for the right cause, so I'll speak in your defense a bit. In the case of Evil-Dog, who didn't even critique your movie becuase he was too stupid too see passed his political agenda. So to him: For 1), get educated and understand why weapons were initially sold to Iraq in the first place. Why it went on for so long was a mistake and should be condemned, no argument there. 2) If you don't understand the connection between freelance nuclear engineers and terrorist groups with big pockets, then you should be asking yourself that question. Besides, he was linking it to Hussein, not the Iraqi people, watch it again and you'll see. 3) News flash, girls who've so much as written in their notebooks about Hussein in Iraq have been kept in prison for years, beaten, and raped. How about those human meat grinders and vats of acid they put live people into? Then you've got got Huessein "ok, I've got the weapons...but I got rid of them....ok I really didn't...ok I did." for 12 years. It's no wonder Bush is tired of dicking around. I won't even address the fourth point since he can't even spell Iraq right. Phew, well, that's my time on the soap box. Nice tribute, awesome pictures. Excellent message.

Woah, very very very...umm...something.

I'm not really sure what to make of that. Since you just wanted to show this to your friend, I guess I can understand. What's shown so far doesn't really explain anything about a war or vietnam. So basically nothing really gets accomplished here as a "preview". Though I did enjoy the background and intro music. That much was good, as for everything else, there simply isn't anything to really judge on. It feels like there are just too many gaps. Good luck on the project.

It looks ok, but what's the story?

It looks like you have the right idea of getting a story together here, but there wasn't really any mention of it in this trailer. Oh, one thing for next time, compress the audio. I could tell within the first few seconds that the music file was what took up most of the file size in the upload. The graphics were ok as well. I'd just work on compressing audio and making all characters click in a better, more connective way. Good luck with your project.

Dwarfking responds:

I know... I actually have a story though... I am compressing the audio ASAP. :)

So damn stupid, it's a work of art.

There's a fine line between art and crap. Then that line of crap goes far into being bad bad crap. Then that line goes ever further and for some reason, it passes into a a realm of abstract genius. Though this might not be genius, it's definitely something. I don't know why, but I get a kick out of this movie. That Osama segment is funny as hell. I love the way you put this together; great job.
